After you hit the submit button your quote will be automatically emailed to you (don't forget to check your spam folder). If you haven't received it within an hour, please contact us. Once a quote has been sent, you will be contacted by a member of our New Business Team who will be happy to answer any questions you may have. 

Related sale?

If you have to tie in a sale of your current property to enable you to buy your new home, we can help with that too. After submitting the quote request for your new build shared ownership purchase, you will be asked whether you also want a quote for a related sale.

Review your quote

Once you have received your quote you can review the information provided, if you are happy to go ahead then everything you need will be attached to the email. If you have any questions our New Business Team are there to guide you through the instruction process.
